Reporting a tariff problem
Include the page address, tariff name, supplier, region and what looks wrong. A screenshot can help, provided it contains no private account information.
Keep personal information out of email
Do not send an API key, account number, meter number, bill, address, postcode, payment information or smart-meter export. We do not need those details to investigate public tariff content.
Account and supply questions
Tariff Compare cannot access or change an EDF or Octopus Energy account. Please contact your supplier directly about billing, metering, switching, eligibility, installation or your energy supply.
